Marlea Flansburg became a realtor, after her first home purchase at age 22, knowing she needed to help make sure others don't go through the headache she went through. Marlea wanted to change the way things were done by educating her clients, making communication #1 and always being by their side throughout the whole process. She has 2 German Shepherds, a son and a husband who is currently serving in the United States Navy.Marlea has established herself in the community by being a part of her sorority alumni chapter and becoming a risk advisor for Clemson University's Alpha Chi Omega chapter. Volunteering for the Navy Munitions Command and Naval Support Activity Charleston at the Naval Weapons Station is one of many ways she supports the families in the Low Country and around the world.Having a family herself, Marlea knows first hand the importance of finding a HOME that fits each client and their needs directly. Understanding pets deserve the same at home feeling as their owner and kids deserve the best educational opportunities the community has to offer, Marlea ensures her clients needs are met to satisfy the whole FAMILY!
